IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
June 10, 1912.

Mr. Catron introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Claims. A BILL For the relief of Nathan Bibo, senior.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to Nathan Bibo, senior, of Valencia County, State of New Mexico, the sum of one thousand five hundred and eighty dollars, in full compensation for loss of property sustained at the hands of the Navajo Indians on or about the twenty-fifth day of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, in Valencia County, New Mexico, lapse of time to the contrary notwithstanding.
